The second event on the USA Cycling Mountain Bike National Gravity Calendar, the Chalk Creek Stampede, took place in Nathrop, Colo., May 2-3. Both the dual slalom and 4-cross contests were a part of the calendar, with Aaron Gwin (Morongo Valley, Calif.) taking the dual slalom crown and Petr Hanak (Winter Park, Colo.) winning the 4-cross event. The women's standings also got cranked up with Joanna Petterson (Folsom, Calif.) winning both the 4-cross and dual slalom contests. To view complete results from the Chalk Creek Stampede, click here.
